Marketing Coordinator

Richmond, Virginia
We’re seeking a full-time marketing coordinator for our multifamily housing and senior living sectors. This integral position helps our firm in its mission to design facilities that support existing communities and create new ones, offering individuals of all ages and incomes a place call home. Location: Richmond, Virginia

Experience
  • 5+ years in a marketing role with a professional services firm required, AEC industry experience preferred
  • Experience researching, writing, and producing business proposals and presentations
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant field
Responsibilities Required Skills
  • Strong, dexterous writing skills in a variety of styles, including persuasive, informative, and technical
  • Merciless editing skills
  • Fierce determination to find answers and overcome obstacles
  • A curious mind eager to dive deep into rabbit holes for research
  • Ability to manage time to meet multiple deadlines
  • Meticulous organizational skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients and team members
  • A self-starter who is effective when working independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and independently.
  • Positive, tenacious, and competitive spirit
Software Proficiencies
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven competency with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Proficiency with marketing databases and the ability to quickly navigate between multiple platforms and applications with ease.
  • Comfortable with using Zoom for large and small group meetings.
A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and driving record, as deemed acceptable by our firm’s liability insurance carrier, must be presented, and maintained.
