We are looking for a new Design Technology Specialist. As part of our Design Technology group, you’ll help elevate project delivery and strengthen Moseley’s competitive edge through BIM innovation and training, improved workflows, design strategies, and automation.
What’s needed: Prior hands‑on experience in a corporate architecture or engineering environment with 5+ years of building design using or supporting Revit. Software focused training and delivery skills with a creative mindset and the ability to problem solve BIM challenges. Experience with ACC, Bluebeam, and Dynamo a plus. Location: Raleigh (Alternate office locations include: Richmond, Charlotte, Baltimore or Fairfax)

Qualifications:
High school diploma
4+ years’ experience in building design
Responsibilities:
Attend monthly BIM progress meetings
Creation and Evaluation of BIM content and standards
Documentation of companywide standards and expectations
Coordinates firm-wide technologies, standards and guidelines with fellow BIM Management team members in other disciplines on a consistent and regular basis
Works with BIM Management team to provide timely support by fielding daily questions regarding BIM from all disciplines where appropriate
Additional Responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
Capable of working in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Diligence in monitoring progress, identifying potential problems, and designing solutions as necessary
General knowledge of integrated architectural and engineering practices
General knowledge of construction documentation processes
Strong ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Firm understanding of design trends, construction methodologies, and material application
Software Proficiency:
Microsoft Office Suite experience required
Autodesk Revit Software experience required
