We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in marketing within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The intern will gain firsthand experience supporting business development and marketing efforts, with a focus on presentation development, project database management, and social media content creation. We will accept intern applications through April 17, 2026.

Responsibilities:
Presentation Development
Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including client presentations.
Format content, graphics, and layouts to align with brand standards.
Support storytelling efforts by organizing project information into compelling narratives.
Project Database Management
Maintain and update the firm’s project database with accurate and current information.
Organize project descriptions, images, and key metrics for easy access and reuse.
Assist in tracking project milestones and marketing assets.
Social Media, Content Creation, and Photography
Help develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
Collaborate with team members to gather content, images, and updates.
Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and visibility.
Assist with photo shoots.
Qualifications: Candidates should be enrolled in or hold a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communications skills are necessary as well as attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ideal candidates will also be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.

Compensation: $24/hour
