Moseley is seeking a full-time Project Manager in our Charlotte, NC office. In this role, you will be a design leader and integral member of our AE team. Our Project Managers are involved in all aspects of project development working regularly with the client/owner and overseeing the success of a project team. You'll provide direction to colleagues and consultants at all levels to ensure the project is completed as planned, budgeted, and scheduled. Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 7+ years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience
CPM, MCIQ, Licensed Architect preferred not required
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents
Manage multiple small to medium size projects, coordinating all aspects of assigned projects
Balance client expectations within the context of contractual obligations, budget, and quality
Develop and design project schedules to meet contractual obligations and to match team size and skill
Supervise, coordinate, and assess the work of project team members to ensure quality and progress
Communicate with all project participants, including but not limited to internal team members, clients, owners, and consultants in an effective and collaborative manner
Actively makes oneself available to clients through outreach initiatives and site visits
Foster and maintain positive professional working relationships among clients and team members
Participate in mentoring and coaching of emerging professionals
Prepares, participates, and leads client presentations

Required Skills:
Capable of working in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
Diligence in monitoring progress, identifying potential problems and designing solutions as necessary
Expertise in architectural building systems
Proficient knowledge of applicable sustainability principles
Knowledge of quality control processes
Strong ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, including client interaction and presentation delivery
Firm understanding of design trends, construction methodology, and material application
Software Proficiencies:
Microsoft Office Suite experience required
Understanding of Autodesk Revit (BIM) preferred
Bluebeam experience required
