Structural Engineer

Charlotte, North Carolina
We are currently seeking a full-time structural engineer to be an integral member of our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have considerable building design experience, involving institutional or commercial projects, from schematic design through construction administration.  If you're ready to make a difference, and you meet the following criteria, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Education and Licensing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural or Architectural Engineering
  • Master’s degree is a plus, but not required.
  • PE registration
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical and design skills.
  • Masonry, steel, concrete, and wood framing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with structural analysis and design software (Tekla and TEDDs). 
  • Ability to successfully organize and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within an A/E environment with a commitment to fostering collaborative teamwork.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and interact with contractors.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit (BIM).

A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and driving record, as deemed acceptable by our firm’s liability insurance carrier, must be presented, and maintained.
