We’re seeking a full-time Recruiting and Marketing Specialist to be an integral member of our team. This essential position helps our firm in its mission to match the most qualified individuals with specific positions in our firm. Location: Richmond, Virginia
5+ years in a recruiting role. AEC industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
Extensive experience in talent acquisition including research, outreach, recruiting & sourcing applicants, screening candidate pools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, or relevant field.
Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and team members.
Ability to work effectively as a team and independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adobe InDesign preferred.
Proficiency with human resources databases and the ability to quickly navigate between multiple platforms and applications with ease.
Comfortable with using Zoom for large and small group meetings.
