What You'll Do:
- Spearhead proposal development for multimillion-dollar projects from strategy to submission.
- Create powerful case studies, project narratives, staff résumés, and award submissions that showcase our expertise.
- Maintain and update a robust database of project data and pursuits.
- Research and analyze clients, potential leads, and competitors.
- Orchestrate our conference attendance and speaking engagements.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in professional services, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Proven track record of writing winning proposals and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
