What You'll Do:

• Spearhead proposal development for multimillion-dollar projects from strategy to submission.
• Create powerful case studies, project narratives, staff résumés, and award submissions that showcase our expertise.
• Maintain and update a robust database of project data and pursuits.
• Research and analyze clients, potential leads, and competitors.
• Orchestrate our conference attendance and speaking engagements.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in professional services, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Proven track record of writing winning proposals and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
