Experience
- 5+ years in a recruiting role. AEC industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition including research, outreach, recruiting & sourcing applicants, screening candidate pools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, or relevant field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Writing and producing ads for positions in the firm.
- Organizing and managing daily hiring efforts.
- Researching resumes, finding the most qualified candidates in various online outlets.
- Managing the applicant tracking system.
- Working with supervisors to create new hire letters.
- Planning and organizing conference events and career fairs.
Required Skills
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous research and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and team members.
- Ability to work effectively as a team and independently.
- Positive attitude.
Software Proficiencies
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adobe InDesign preferred.
- Proficiency with human resources databases and the ability to quickly navigate between multiple platforms and applications with ease.
- Comfortable with using Zoom for large and small group meetings.
