Recruiting and Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a full-time Recruiting and Marketing Specialist to be an integral member of our team. This essential position helps our firm in its mission to match the most qualified individuals with specific positions in our firm.  If you’re ready to make a difference and you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you.

Location: Richmond, Virginia

  • 5+ years in a recruiting role. AEC industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition including research, outreach, recruiting & sourcing applicants, screening candidate pools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, or relevant field.

Required Skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and team members.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and independently.
  • Positive attitude.

Software Proficiencies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adobe InDesign preferred.
  • Proficiency with human resources databases and the ability to quickly navigate between multiple platforms and applications with ease.
  • Comfortable with using Zoom for large and small group meetings.
